The size guide ain't right. It runs big. Plus, there's no zipper or any way to fasten the jacket. Just a single button at the top, and honestly, it feels more like a cape with sleeves. You can't really tell that from the picture. I reached out to customer support for assistance and I'm still waiting for a response.
